Althea Gonzalez is an experienced bilingual and bicultural professional, providing consultation, training, and technical assistance to nonprofits and philanthropic institutions throughout the country.  As an independent consultant and nonprofit leader for over 15 years, she has excelled in program management, nonprofit capacity building, organizational development, and creating culturally competent organizations.  She is described as having “master skills in facilitation” as well as being “warm and friendly, yet able to keep organizations on track with real deadlines and deliverables.” Althea is passionate about working in concert with nonprofit leaders to take their organization to the next level.   She holds an M.A. in Adult Education, specializing in Training & Development, from NC State University and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
