An influencer who champions social change advocates, thought leaders and courageous disruptors, Aisha Adams specializes in raising marginalized voices and inspiring equity advocates to cultivate spaces of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She trains non-profit leaders to gain a better understanding of the importance of creating cultures of longevity and inclusivity in their organizations and communities. Aisha is the program developer of the Lenoir Rhyne University Equity and Diversity Institute, which was designed to train equity advocates in the interest of building communities that are educated, challenged, and motivated to non-violently disrupt systems that create and support complicated, complex social issues. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her Master of Science degree in Adult Education from Capella University.
