With nearly 40 years of experience across various segments of the healthcare industry, David brings fifteen years of experience dedicated to federally qualified health centers and a decade within value-based payment organizations spanning all Medicare shared savings models. As a seasoned finance executive, David has adeptly navigated organizations through financial turnarounds, assisting them in the transition to value- based payments, restructuring financial operations, and overseeing all aspects of grant application and compliance, as well as holding various finance roles including interim CFO, fractional CFO, and CFO coach. David holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, and Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans.
