Greg is an experienced healthcare real estate and construction executive with 23 years of experience, completing over one million square feet in outpatient facilities. His depth of experience includes project readiness, program development, conceptual planning, financial feasibility, linkage to financial subsidies, and both equity and debt capital sources for project completion. He has programmed more than 23 health centers across the country, and has provided construction administration with project budgets ranging from $300,000 – $55,000,000. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Construction Management Technology, and a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management Science & Project Management from Drexel University.
