For over 30+ years, Jean has served in senior management positions in health and human service organizations, including hospitals, social services, child welfare & mental health organizations. As the CEO of a rapidly growing FQHC for 19 years, she implemented successful strategies for site expansion, revenue generation, quality improvement, and service line development. With a keen focus on business strategy and leadership development, she assists organizations in planning for the future and implementing successful community partnerships with a focus on health equity. Jean has served as Board Member, Chairperson & Governance Chair for multiple organizations, including the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers, Better Health Partnership, and OCHIN. Jean has a BS in Nursing from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill and an MS in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
