Marty Hiller has been a stalwart leader and resource in the free and charitable clinic sector for over four decades.  He served twenty years as the CEO of one of the largest and most comprehensive free clinics in the country.  During that period, he founded the Ohio Association of Free Clinics and was one of the founders and first President of the Board of the National Association of Free Clinics. In his various consultancies, he has gained particular expertise with the Federal Tort Claims Act malpractice protection for both free clinics and FQHCs.  He has wide ranging experience in a variety of safety net healthcare organizations as an interim leader, consultant for board and senior leadership training and mentoring.  He has extensive experience with strategic planning, organizational assessment, program development and other initiatives that support organizations in creating a greater impact in the improvement of affordable healthcare access in their communities.  Marty has assisted organizations in the earliest start up phases as well as through both program and capital expansions, conducting feasibility studies as well as campaign design and implementation.  He has also trained and coached in the area of fund and resource development for a variety of not for profit organizations.  He obtained PCMH Certified Content Expert status from NCQA in 2014.
