Michelle has over 30 years of experience in the clinical and business sectors of the healthcare industry, primarily working with Community Health Centers and Public Health Entities. Michelle has extensive knowledge of HRSA Health Center Program Requirements and has worked with the Bureau of Primary Health Care providing Operational Site Visits, as well as targeted technical assistance to Community Health Centers for over 12 years. Utilizing a teaching approach, Michelle provides clinical workflow and staffing analysis, pre-and-post Operational Site Visit services and interim quality leadership to Community Health Centers nationwide. As a seasoned consultant, Michelle delivers technical assistance and training for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and Primary Care Associations across the United States through publications, one-on-one assistance, and public speaking engagements.
Michelle graduated with honors from the University of Rochester, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Michelle is an honorary member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.
