Jennifer Henderson

With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare operations, business development, and organizational improvement specializing in the non-profit health & human service industry, Jennifer founded 330 Partners in 2016 to assist safety net organizations in achieving their missions to improve the lives of the vulnerable, marginalized and underserved. She served previously as the CEO of one of the oldest community & migrant health centers in the country. Under her leadership, the health center developed the first HRSA-funded teaching health center in the state, established a number of innovative collaborative partnerships with community and health system partners, and expanded access to care in multiple locations throughout a six-county region. Prior to her work in community health, she served as Vice President, Business Development for a two-hospital non-profit health system, and as a senior executive in large physician groups and national practice management organizations. Her proven success at the executive levels of private, public, and non-profit medical practices and hospitals, combined with her unique approach to innovative problem-solving brings a wealth of knowledge in vision, strategy, and planning for growth and success.
